Český Krumlov is a town in the south part of the Czech Republic. It has approximately 12,000 inhabitants. It is known for being a tourist centre, that is among the most visited places in the Czech Republic. The historic centre with the Český Krumlov Castle complex is protected by law as an urban monument reservation. On top, since the year 1992, it has been a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its well reserved Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance architecture. Český Krumlov is located about 20 kilometres (12 miles) southwest of Ceske Budejovice and 134 km (83 miles) south of Prague. It is situated on both banks of the Vltava river. The highest point of the municipal territory is the hill Vyšný vrch at 744 metres (2,441 ft) above the sea level.

Every printed photograph is a limited edition of only 350 pieces worldwide. In this collection all photographs measure 45x30 cm (17.7x11.8 inch). It includes a 1 cm (0,4 inch) white border for framing.
